When a luxury condo association needed a refreshed balcony we partnered with trusted subcontractor, Fine Fabrications, to remove the dated wood railings and install locally fabricated modern railings. These balconies were also updated with renovated dividers that showcase decorative stucco and fresh paint. Destination Contracting managed this project from permit to completion and renovated the dividers.
